Tuning In

Named Network News until the fall of 2014, Tuning In is the newsletter for supporters of Farm Radio International. It provides important updates about our work, the people who make it happen, and the many farmers who are helped as a result.  You can receive it at your doorstep three times a year by making a donation to Farm Radio International.

Fall Tuning In

Latest issue: Fall 2018

This edition of Tuning In showcases some of our efforts to combat the Fall armyworm — a destructive invasive species new to the African continent. Hear from Rex Chapota, our Regional Manager for East and Southern Africa, who was himself impacted by the hungry caterpillar, as well as take an inside look at the work Farm Radio is doing to get information to farmers about how to prevent the pest. Also, hear about our success in Tanzania, where we used radio together with other formats (including comic books!) to improve beans. Also in this issue: we share memories in tribute of our dearly missed board member: Liz Hughes.
