Broadcasting Partners
Farm Radio International is made up of more than 350 radio stations and other organizations producing programs for small-scale farmers in 38 countries in sub-Saharan Africa. Through radio, our broadcasting partners can reach an estimated 600 million people in more than 300 languages.
A Broadcasting Partner receives scripts, issue packs, the partner newsletter Voices, and Farm Radio Weekly. Broadcasting partners are able to participate in workshops, training activities, networking events, electronic discussion groups, scriptwriting competitions, etc. An individual that belongs to an organization that is a broadcasting partner can be nominated to receive the annual George Atkins Communications Award.
